VidCompare is the business decision maker's tool used to simplify the process of finding online video platform services for their business. Online video services are a strategic business decision today, helping businesses grow revenue, improve brand recognition, and distinguish themselves from their competition. Online video is used today by marketers, publishers, brand strategists, as well as internal teams for training, and product promotion.

VidCompare was built and is managed by two veterans of the comparison shopping and buying advice world, Kristopher Drey and Alex Polonsky. Together they spent over 11 years at CNET Networks where they developed, managed, and monetized some of the network's highest profile sites including Shopper.com, Download.com, CNET Internet Services, CNET Web Host List, CNET Cell Phones, and mySimon.com.

Kris has been in the online video space for the past 3 years with Fliqz, Inc. as Vice President of product and marketing. At Fliqz Kris has watched the online video platform space become increasingly crowded and complex and realized the need for a service such as VidCompare that would bring clarity and guidance to business decision makers looking for video services. Kris tapped into his 6 years of building and managing comparison engines at CNET Networks to create an unbiased, fair, and deeply informative interactive directory of Online Video Platform providers.

Bruce Bower, Advisor

For more than 20 years, Bruce has been contributing to early and mid stage technology enterprises. His management experience spans the payments, media, education, and alternate energy markets, with a particular emphasis on new business and international markets development. Most recently, Bruce served as Chief Executive Officer of Amelio Solar, a developer of thin film photo-voltaic projects, and prior to that led International and Business and Corporate Development for Blackhawk Network, the largest third party distributor of gift cards in the world. Bruce also has served as Chief Executive Officer of Soliloquy Learning and as the President and SVP/General Manager of LearningGate, the educational media division of ZapMe! Bruce also serves as a director or senior advisor to a number of companies in the payments space, including KargoKard, Radical Payments, and Visa. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of new market concepts, including global payments and e-commerce strategies for emerging businesses. Bruce began his career practicing law with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. He graduated in 1984 from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations. In 1988, he received his law degree from University of Virginia.
